What happened?

• Yesterday : She received scam emails, supposedly from USCIS, claiming there was an issue with her visa and that it might be revoked.

• Around 3:00 PM: She left home (Scandia Apartments) with her passport, and no further updates have been received since.

• Between 7 - 9 PM: Her friends tried contacting CSPD, but since she is an adult, they were informed that no official steps could be taken until 24 hours had passed.

• At 10 PM: A case was officially registered with the University Police Department (UPD), and evidence was requested. However, there has been no further progress reported by the authorities.

• Efforts by Students: 

1. Attempted to Access Apple ID - no success​

2. Tried Snapchat - no success

3. Google ID Recovery Attempt: no success

4. Contacted family and police are in communication with one of her family members who is in the U.S.
