Instructions for booking the ticket/registration for the event:

1) There are, in total, 4 buses will be available for students to reach Navasota temple from two different locations and at two different times.

Option 1: Pickup Location: Reville Ranch and Z-islander; Pickup Time: 8:30 AM

Option 2: Pickup Location: Reville Ranch, Z-islander and MSC; Pickup Time: 9:30 AM

Option 3: Pickup Location: The London Apartments and Gateway; Pickup Time: 8:30 AM

Option 4: Pickup Location: The London Apartments and Gateway; Pickup Time: 9:30 AM

2) Students will book only ONE of the nine options per their preferred time and pickup location.

3) The system might not restrict you from booking more than one slot if you come back and reregister. But, such registration will be automatically canceled, and IGSA will hold no responsibility. Please make sure you follow the instructions carefully.

4) Booking for a particular time will ensure their seat/entry for that particular bus only. For example, if you book a bus from London Apartments for the 8:30 a.m. slot, you are only allowed to board that bus at no other location or time.

5) If your preferred time slot and/or location is full, you cannot book for another location/time slot and later request a transfer. Such requests will not be entertained in any circumstances.

6) Students will be able to board the return buses once the event at the temple is over. The return buses will be from the temple at (a) 12:30 PM and (b) 1:30 PM. These buses will return you back to your pickup location.

7) You can not book tickets on behalf of others.

8) You do not have to register if you plan to use your own means of transportation.
